1. I am taking over another office and the forms were created by someone else who has left the university. As an admin, can I edit their forms?

If you are the main contact, reach out to chat support from your admin dashboard or email involve-support@moderncampus.com with the forms you need! If you are not the main contact, connect with them first.

 

2. Is there an option to import forms or only build?

We do not have the option to import forms.

 

3. My organizations are required to update every semester. They are bypassing updating their roster, is there a way to make this update required?

4. Is there a way to make organizations advisors the first line approval?

Yes! When you set this up, ALL advisors for the host organization will get the email but only one advisor needs to approve.

Go to your event registration form and edit the approver. Click "Add Stage." Select Field -> Basic Information: Host -> Advisor -> should Approve

In this case all advisors means all Advisors for each org. We have some campuses who have multiple advisors for some organizations. So all Spanish advisors will get emails for events hosted by the Spanish Club and all French Advisors will get emails for events hosted by the French club! Even if two advisors get the email, only one advisor will need to approve the event.
