I cannot add a faculty advisory. When I search their name/email nothing comes up.

This means they are not in the data file upload. Your account admin or IT need to make sure that the SIS database is including all students, faculty, and staff.

Is there a way for us to report bugs that we find in the website/app?

You can send a message in the Involve web portal to our chat team to report and trouble shoot. You can also email our support team to submit a ticket. Additionally, you can access the ticketing system online. Links below.

is there a way to bulk create events? my organization is a dungeons and dragons club and we have 3 campaigns running and they each have a template of a event.

At this time, there is not a way to add a reoccurring event in Involve - say you want to have the event every 1st Tuesday of the month. So, at this time you will need to copy the event and change the dates. This has been a commonly requested ask, and our development team is aware of this. In order to receive more feedback on this, I recommend submitting this request to our development team to allow them to prioritize future releases and updates.

Will Co-hosting events be something we can do in the future?

If your event registration form is set up in this way, you can select a host and allow for co-hosting organizations.

how do you copy events?

From the events tab in the admin dashboard, you can click on the 3 dots on the right side of the screen and click on “duplicate event” for whichever event you want to copy.

would it be worth creating an event for a club that meets every week?

For data collection and keeping track of student participation, I would say it is worth creating an event for weekly club meetings. If they meet virtually, you can integrate Zoom or Microsoft Teams to log attendance as well.

Can forms be embedded into other sites

Every form has a unique URL, you can then add this link to another site. When you are in the form from the admin page, you can see the portal link under the share option on the right side of your screen.
