Can we have different point systems for different Groups? Example a track for general students and one for student leaders.

Yes! You can have different Points Types

Is there a way to use points collectively for leaderboards? For example, seeing how many points a certain major or group of students earn?

You can run a Points report to see how many points each student has. We do not have a native report for majors or groups.

Is there an easy way to look back and identify what events/activities a student participated in to earn their points?

There is not a report for this data. You can cross reference your student transcript to see where points may have been gained.

Are points and pathways part of our base agreement?

Yes!

We don't have a physical central location for our Office of Student Experience, and I've noticed students don't like to check emails or fill out forms.. Any suggestions on the best way for students to redeem incentives?

Suggestion from our professional services team: Try a prize table during the semester each semester for students to stop by in a regular location. Another option is to host an event at the end of each semester and invite students who reached a certain amount of points and give prizes there!
