Are we able to do guest check-in if a guest doesn't have an email or does not want to share their email?
The best solution for folks who either don’t have an email or don’t wish to share their email would be to enter a fake email address.
My only word of caution with this is that if you do any follow up emails after the event, you might want to remove those just in case they go to real people who happen to have the same one!
Another would be to create a specific address for this purpose and then use aliases. For example create one email such as augustacheckin@gmail.com and then for subsequent attendees type in augustacheckin+1@gmail.com, augustacheckin+2@gmail.com etc.
