Each form can be tailored to meet your needs. There are a variety of fields to choose from when it comes to building your form, and each field has its own settings to further customize your responder's experience!
The forms you create - and the forms you are given access to - will appear on the My Forms tab of the Forms page. Let's take a look at what's available on this page!
