Form commenting allows admin to comment, reply, and follow the conversation on a particular response. Commenting is enabled on a per form basis.

Form Commenting Troubleshooting

If you click on a form response and do NOT see the option to comment, look out for these possible solutions.

Form commenting has not been enabled

First check to see if form commenting has been checked. Go to edit your form, select settings, click responses, and check "Enable Form Comments." Make sure to save your changes. 

The form was submitted BEFORE commenting was turned on or was automatically approved

If you have already turned on form commenting but still don't see comments, you may need to reset the approval process. You will need to contact support to reset the approval process for previous submissions!
