Some customers may be experiencing login issues due to an unexpected change in our system's certificate. While this certificate was originally set to expire on March 31st, certain users have been affected earlier than anticipated.
Our Development team has provided the following steps for your IT department to help resolve this issue:
- Clients will need to update the certificate to the FIRST certificate from the XML downloaded from: https://auth.presence.io/AuthServices
- If the client has their IDP setup to automatically pull metadata changes from https://auth.presence.io/AuthServices, no action should be required on their end.
- If the client manually imported our certificate into their IDP they will need to update the certificate to the FIRST certificate from the XML downloaded from: https://auth.presence.io/AuthServices (attached to this Article)
