Administrators who have access to oversee the Transition process are able to view and message organizations who have not yet completed their Transition! Here's how!
Hover your mouse over the left navigation menu and select "Organizations". From here, click on the "Manage" tab at the top of the page.
Scroll to the bottom of the Manage page and locate the "Transitioning" section. Here, click on the Manage button.
The next screen will display a list of organizations that are currently in Transition. You can view the name of the organization, if they are past due with the Transitioning request, if they have ever been notified, and the designated deadline to Transition.
Notifying Organizations In Transition
You may wish to send a reminder message to organization officers and advisors reminding them of their required transition. From the Manage Transitions page, click on the check mark icon to the right of the Organizations search bar, this will automatically select all of the Organizations that have been asked to complete the transition process but have not yet done so. You can also select specific organizations you with to send a message to.
After selecting the organizations you wish to notify, click "Next Step". This will bring you to a page where you can customize the message that you are sending. Once you've customized your message, click "Next Step" again.
On the next page, you can preview the message you're sending as well as the organizations that you've chosen to notify. Once you've confirmed that everything is correct, click "Notify All" (or "Notify Selected" depending on the options you chose) and your message will be sent to the officers and advisors of those organizations!
