During an organization transition, account admins have control over whether organizations can continue hosting events.
To manage this setting,
Go to your event registration form.
Open the options menu (three stacked dots) and select Edit.
From there, locate the Host Widget and click the pencil icon.
Scroll down to Organization Widget Settings.
Here, you’ll see the Limit by Status option:
- If checked and set to Active, only fully active organizations can host, which prevents those in transition from creating events.
- If unchecked, organizations can continue hosting events during the transition.
This gives admins a simple way to either maintain continuity or enforce stricter control during periods of change.
