Express Report Menu

Overview of Express Reports

We offer eight types of Express Reports. Express reports are designed to collect commonly requested data. Express reports are available upon request by Main Campus contacts.

Under each report type, there is a list of Columns (datapoints) included. The Columns cannot be customized. However, the reports are delivered in an Excel File. Therefore, you can adjust and filter down the data once you have the file. There is a very helpful tool in Excel that allows you to do this, called a Pivot Table.

Upon request, you will need to indicate the Filters you would like.

  • For Single Time Reports, you will need to indicate:

    • Date Range

    • Active or All time users

    • Exclude or Include Faculty/Staff

  • For Recurring Reports, you will need to indicate:

    • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually

      • Can provide all-time data or previous Day/Week/Month/Year

        • Weekly: Can select which day of the week for the report to run

        • Monthly: Can select which day of the month to run

        • Annually: Can select which Month and Date to run

*If the data is only from previous Day/Week/Month/Year, if the data has not changed since the last report, the report will not populate. This is most commonly seen with daily reports.

    • Active or All time users

    • Exclude or Include Faculty/Staff

How to Request Reports

Reports must be requested by the Main Campus contact at your institution. You can request reports via the Chat function on the Admin Dashboard. Main Campus contacts can also let us know if there are certain staff members who are able to request reports without their permission.

If you would like an Express report but do not know who the Main Campus contact at your institution is, you can ask for that information via Chat.
