I'm curious about creating forms that generate automated responses.

If a form is approved or denied it automatically sends the notification to the person that filled the form that their form was approved or denied.

What does it entail when an organization goes into transition?

The transition process has students look over the information for their organization and confirm that everything is up to date. When they complete the transition process, they will be able to update their roster by marking old members as "former", updating any position changes for current members, and adding in any new folks that joined.

What are the character limits for the different field sizes?

Is there a way to change the officer requirements from 3 to 4? Besides the signature in forms?

Yes, you can set the minimum to be 4 and specify which officer roles are required in the settings of the Organization Form when they first register and also in the Organization “Manage” section that is available to all those who have Campus Admin Access and Organization management.

Are you able to make sign up forms with slot limits?

Yes, you can set limits to how many people can submit a form. You can also set dates for the form to go live and close. You can also indicate if someone can fill out the form once or multiple times.

These options can be found in the settings of each individual form.

Can you add videos and Powerpoint presentations to forms?

You can add a content field and add a youtube link to embed a video, or link out to any video or presentation you want.

If I have an event request form and a student org completes it, can we set it up to be automatically routed to someone's inbox?

Yes! You can set up notification and approval flows!
