I have some international students who can not download the app because it is not available in their home country, is there any work around to this?

Depending on their device they can adjust their country/region in their device settings under the app store to the United States. If they have any trouble doing so, please let them know they can reach out to Involve Support directly and we can assist! They can reach out to us at involve-support@moderncampus.com

Do you have build templates of the event registration form?

We have base forms that come already built in the platform! They include the Organization Registration form and Event Registration form.

Is there a way to share forms between people? For instance if the president creates a form can it be shared with an advisor?

How do I know when my school has approved or denied the events that I'm planning?

You'll receive a notification email letting you know that it has been approved. You can also view the status of your submissions via your forms response outbox. How do I get access to login?

This will depend whether you have an active profile in Involve. If you have any trouble logging in please reach out to involve-support@moderncampus.com. We'll be happy to help!

For club presidents with the app, will there be a feature where we can access our club as an admin?

At the moment, the admin dashboard can only be access via the web browser. I don't believe that is on the current roadmap, but you can always add it as a feature suggestion! Here is the link to do that, just click submit idea in the top right corner https://presenceroadmap.moderncampus.com/

Our campus is set up for RSVPs; however, since our students will be using Involve almost exclusively on their phones, how will this work? The tutorial on your website states: "Mobile app RSVP is not yet available; students can RSVP on their web browser at this time." Will this feature become available for the app users soon?

At this time we're unable to provide an exact timeline of this feature, but I definitely recommend submitting it as a feature request as it lets our development team know its interest. You can submit it via this link: https://presenceroadmap.moderncampus.com/

If I play around and do a test form, how do I delete it before saving?

If you're working on a test form, you can set the status to 'Inactive' or 'Draft,' so it remains accessible only to you. Forms cannot be deleted. Here's a guide that covers how to adjust its status! https://involve-support.moderncampus.com/hc/en-us/articles/17693942654605-Form-Settings-Details

Where can a club add a link to a website on the org registrations form?

A great place to add a link to a website would be in the basic information section of the Organization Registration form.
