Granting Campus Administrators Access to Express Reports

Do you find yourself asking "why can’t my Campus Admin see Express Reports?” The answer is simple; Campus Administrators must have Manage Report Requests enabled to access Express Reports.

• Express Reports access is controlled by the Manage Report Requests additional right. This permission is not enabled automatically when Campus Administrator access is granted.
• Campus Administrators without the permission can still access Analytics, but the downloadable Reports section will be hidden.
• Direct access to the Reports page and Reports API is blocked without the permission.

To enable this permission, edit the Campus Administrator's user profile and select Manage Report Requests under Additional Rights. For more information, see Granting & Removing Admin Access.
