Granting Individual CCO Access

There are cases where granting access to all Experiences, Skills, and Points might not be necessary, Involve allows you to grant access to the individual content in CCOs

Giving View/Edit rights to Individual Opportunities

1. While logged into your admin account, locate the desired Experience, Skill, Point, or other CCO item.

2. Load the admin view for the selected CCO Item.

3. In the upper right-hand corner, hover over the pencil tool to open a sub-menu.

4. Click on the lockbox icon in the sub-menu. This opens a menu where you can manage individuals who can view, edit, or share access to the selected CCO item.

  • Owner – The highest level of access. Can view, update, edit, and share access to the individual content in CCO.
  • Edit & Share – Can view, update, edit, and share access to the individual content but cannot remove Owners.
  • Edit – Can view and edit the individual content.
  • View – Can only view the individual CCO from the admin dashboard.

Important Notes:
This grants access to update or view the content but does not allow granting completions.
To grant completions, users must have the Manage Student Opportunities feature toggle enabled.

 

Granting the "Manage Student Opportunities" Permission

1. Using the left navigation menu, click on People (Screenshot 2025-02-28 at 11.32.12 AM.png), then search for the name of the person you would like to give admin access to. If the person you are searching for does not appear, you may not have access to see that person's profile. 

2. At the end of the row, click on the three stacked dots and select "Add As A User". If the person you are editing already has some level of admin access, you'll select the "Edit" option instead.

3. While updating their permissions select the Manage Student Opportunities feature toggle, this will allow manage opportunities they have access to.
