Customize and Download Your Co-Curricular Transcript

Your Co-Curricular Transcript in Modern Campus Involve highlights your achievements and involvement outside the classroom. You can tailor your downloaded PDF for prospective employers or other audiences by choosing which organization memberships, earned skills, and completed competencies to include.

Customize Your Downloaded PDF

1. Open the Share tab on your Involve profile.
2. Locate the transcript customization controls.
3. Review the available organization memberships, skills, and competencies. All eligible items are included by default.
4. Turn off any items you do not want included by simply clicking on the physical item. Use Deselect all within a section to clear its selections.
5. Select Download PDF to generate your customized transcript.

Review your selections before each download to make sure the PDF includes the information you want to share.

Choose Which Organization Memberships to Include

You can select from eligible current and historical organization memberships.

• Include or exclude each membership independently.
• Exclude all memberships to leave the Memberships section out of your PDF.
• Excluding a membership does not remove it from your Involve record or affect related achievements.

The PDF does not indicate how many memberships you excluded.

Choose Which Skills and Competencies to Include

You can independently include or exclude eligible earned skills and completed competencies.

• Competencies appear when they meet the completion requirements.
• Skills appear when all of their levels are completed. A fully earned skill can appear even if its associated competency is not yet completed.
• Excluding a skill does not exclude or change its associated competency.
• Excluding a competency does not exclude or change its associated skills.
• If you exclude all skills and competencies, that section and its heading are omitted from the PDF.

Your selections do not change earning status, completed levels, or pathway progress. The PDF does not display counts indicating that achievements were excluded.

Understand Your Transcript’s Presentation

Your downloaded transcript presents earned achievements in a format intended for readers outside your institution.

Summary Cards

The top of the transcript highlights: 

• Events Attended
• Experiences Earned
• Service Hours Completed

Each card appears only when its value is greater than zero. Organization memberships appear in the transcript body rather than as a top summary card.

Skills and Competencies

Each achievement is labeled Skill or Competency. Skills appear independently rather than nested beneath competencies.

The downloaded PDF does not display competency percentages, progress bars, skill-level progress indicators, or internal level names such as Explore, Engage, and Excel.

The section includes a statement identifying the achievements as verified through co-curricular participation at your institution.

Experiences

The Experiences section lists your co-curricular experiences, providing additional context about your involvement and achievements outside the classroom. If you don't have any experiences, this section will not appear.

Memberships

The Memberships section displays the organization memberships you selected when customizing your PDF. If you exclude all memberships, this section does not appear.

Shareable Link

Use the shareable transcript link on your profile’s Share tab to share your Co-Curricular Transcript with employers or other audiences.

Customizations you make for your downloaded PDF do not affect the transcript displayed through this link. If you want to share a version tailored to a specific audience, customize and download the PDF instead.
