Repeatable field groups will have an add () button that is visible to the person completing the form. When the add button is clicked, the form will generate an identical copy of all the questions in the repeatable section of the field group. This allows the responder to complete the designated questions as many times as they need to!
Enable Repeatable Fields
- Add a Field Group () to your form.
- From the Field Group Settings, select "Enable Repeatable Fields (). You MUST enable repeatable fields BEFORE adding anything to the field group.
- Add any fields to your repeatable field group.
Open the form and you will see the "Add" button. This allows you to repeat the field as many times as needed!
Repeatable Fields Tips
- You MUST turn on repeatable fields for your field group BEFORE adding new fields to the section.
- When you enable repeatable fields, the field divides into two sections. Fields added ABOVE the line will repeat. Fields added BELOW the line will not repeat.
How can you use repeatable fields?
- Nominate multiple people for the same award.
- Upload multiple documents.
- Upload multiple receipts.
- Apply for multiple roles on the same form.
- Add multiple date/times you are available.
