Keep your documents organized and available by uploading them to your organization page on Involve! Quickly provide a downloadable copy of your mission statement, membership requirements, organization bylaws or any important document specific to your group.
Documents are available for download from your organization's landing page and can be limited to officers only, members only, or set to public view.
Add a downloadable document to your org
1. Navigate to your organization page on the admin dashboard.
2. Select the Documents tab.
3. Select the plus () button.
4. Give your form a title and description. These will both be visible on your page.
5. Select visibility: officers only, members only, or public.
6. Select save to publish your document.
You have now uploaded your document! Users will find the file on your organization's page on the campus portal!
Download and View the Org Document
Select the arrow pointing down and the document will automatically download to your device.
