Deleting Events

Sometimes, unexpected things come up and events need to be canceled or postponed. Those who have the appropriate permissions can take the following steps to delete events:


(Note: Appropriate permissions required. Consult your primary contact for Involve on campus if you do not see the following option. Not sure who your primary contact is? Involve support is here to help!)


Hover your mouse over the lefthand navigation bar and select "Events"


From here, search for the event that you wish to delete. If you want to delete multiple events for a certain time period, you can adjust the "Date/Time" filter to the right of the search bar to reflect the time period of events you wish to delete.  


Then, click on the three stacked dots next to the event(s) you wish to delete, and select "Delete". 




(Note: Events that have Attendees cannot be deleted. If the event that you wish to delete has attendees, please reach out to the support team.


Campus Administrators looking to bulk-delete events for a certain time period should contact Involve support.
